Pork and beans with mushroom sauce
Very juicy and tasty meat with beans and a creamy mushroom sauce. Try it, hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Ginger

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Pork cut into medallions.

Prepare the marinade for pork: eggs, ketchup, mustard, soy sauce and seasoning blend until smooth. I added spice marinade of ginger, about 100 ml.

The meat soak in the marinade and reserve the cooking time of the mushroom sauce (about 20 minutes).

Let us mushroom sauce: cut onion finely, and the mushrooms slices, carrots on a large grater and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, lightly add salt.

Sauteed mushrooms, put 2 tbsp flour (no slides) and stir, slightly fry, then pour the cream and boil until thick.

Heat in a pan with vegetable oil, the pieces of meat out of the marinade, dip them in flour and fry quickly on both sides.

Put fried pieces of pork in a baking dish, spread on top of the beans (prepared, I use from the jar).

Pour the mushroom sauce and the sauce that was left from marinating the pork in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit!
