Delicious and flavorful, a bit unusual jam made from gooseberries and southern fruit-orange. This jam will be a real preventive "medicine" for the whole autumn and winter, during colds, just a vitamin, ascorbic "bomb"!!! Citrus Supplement gives the gooseberry jam new, exotic taste and aroma. The jam turns thick consistency of jam, as the gooseberry contains a large amount of pectin.

Cooking
Products for cooking:
Gooseberry green, large, with firm flesh wash well, cover with cold water for 8-12 hours. Oranges wash brush, scald with boiling water, cut arbitrarily (if possible, cut away the white veins), grind in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
In a pot (five-liter) put the chopped oranges, add sugar, stir, cover the pan with a lid and leave at room temperature for 8-12 hours. The gooseberries, remove the scissors "tails".
Cleaned gooseberries connect with the oranges, add the vanilla sugar, put on low heat, bring to a boil and cook for three minutes, turn off heat, cool.
Then bring to boil again. Repeat this procedure two more times.
At the last boiling add gelfix 2:1, stir, simmer over low heat 7-10 minutes.
Washed banks put in the MICRO, sterilize at 60% power : banks (350 ml-40 seconds (4 banks=3.5 minutes)), or sterilize a convenient way for you.
Hot jam lay on the banks, ocuparte screw-caps, banks preverite lids down. Banks cold rinse of the sticky stains, Brite storage. I have kept in a quart (in the kladochku (dark room))
