Spinach pie
This is my favorite pie of all pies in Greek cuisine! Cook it for so many years, so all the proportions and additives "endured" over the years. To say that it tastes good, don't say anything, so prepare and try, highly recommend!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    700 g

  • Spinach

    800 g

  • Leeks

    150 g

  • Green onions

    4 Tbsp

  • Dill

    4 Tbsp

  • Feta

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Salt

Cooking

Spinach wash, to give a well drain and cut into strips 1.5-2.0 cm

Place in a colander, mash well with hands and squeeze out the juice, green onions and leeks, cut into half rings, finely chop the dill.

Cover with the second pastry sheet and is very well connect the edges. Divide the cake into 12 portions by making incisions-basting, but not cutting through the dough to the end. I do it with a knife for cutting pizza. Grease the pie with milk.
