Cakes
The pies from this dough out very tender and tasty. Taught me this dough to make my girlfriend and Kresna, our oldest daughter, Light, for which I am very grateful. Bake these pies for 26 years.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Yeast

    42 g

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    50 g

  • Water

    600 ml

Cooking

Pour the yeast into the flour.

That's the kind of consistency the dough should have - it's hard falling off the spoon.

The dough has risen, you can now start cutting.

Divide the dough into small pieces.

With your fingers to make a dough pellet, put in the middle of the stuffing and close up the pies.

Fry on a heated with oil pan.

On both sides until Golden brown - until tender.

So many pies I've got (about 50 pieces). In a large bowl with meat and little potatoes.
