Gingerbread oatmeal with black currants
Prescription Catherine from form SAY-7. Very easy to prepare, tasty and tender treat.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Oat flakes

    1.25 cup

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Black currants

    300 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Pre-thaw the currants. The oven heat to 180 degrees, the form grease with butter. To in a bowl combine cereal, flour, baking powder and currants, mix well. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg with sugar (if you like sweeter you can add a little more), vanilla sugar and salt, pour in melted margarine and milk, stir, pour mixture to dry ingredients, mix well.
