Sorrel soup with barley
Very tasty and hearty soup that is easy to prepare. I invite everyone to sample!

Ingredients

  • Broth

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • Sorrel

    480 ml

  • Pearl barley

    0.5 cup

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 tsp

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Pearl barley rinse and cover with cold water for 3-4 hours. Then drain the water.

In the hot broth, throw swollen pearl barley, Bay leaf and pepper. At this time, dice the peeled potatoes. To put it in 15 minutes.

Onion and garlic finely chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil, fry the onions until transparent, then add carrots and keep on heat for another 3 minutes. In the end, add the garlic and hops suneli, mix thoroughly and remove from heat. Throw in the broth after 30 minutes add the barley.

After 10 minutes, add salt, canned sorrel, stir and leave on heat for another 1-2 minutes and turn off.
