Description
As promised in the diary, start to upload some recipes from the big buffet. Prepare sleighs in summer, and the planned celebration of the New year :) It is tricky to easy baskets. You don't have to knead the dough, they are made from ordinary toast bread and butter. Baskets come out very tasty, crispy and thick to fill them with any salad. This recipe uses a tomato concasse. Sounds good, looks good, and is thus quite inexpensive, because the ingredients are simple and affordable. But you can also dump their "Caesar" salad with pieces of poached salmon with mayonnaise and dill or chicken "Tonnato". This is a dish for a buffet. For cooking you will need a round cutting dough with a diameter of 4 cm and shape for mini-cupcakes.
