Apple jam with mulberries, Martini
This Apple-fruity cloudberry jam has a tangy and unusual taste, which it is impossible not to fall in love! Try this unusual, yet very good combination and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1 kg

  • Cloudberry

    500 g

  • Brown sugar

    800 g

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Martini

    30 ml

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cloudberry blend it using a blender and RUB through a sieve to remove seeds.

Apples peel and cut into small dice.

In a saucepan pour the puree cloudberry, add lime juice and sugar. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, add chopped apples, lime zest and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, removing the foam in the brewing process. Leave it to cool down.

The cooled jam, again bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Then add a Martini and cook for another 15 -20 minutes.
