Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients.
Cloudberry blend it using a blender and RUB through a sieve to remove seeds.
Apples peel and cut into small dice.
In a saucepan pour the puree cloudberry, add lime juice and sugar. Put on medium heat, bring to a boil, add chopped apples, lime zest and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, removing the foam in the brewing process. Leave it to cool down.
The cooled jam, again bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes. Then add a Martini and cook for another 15 -20 minutes.
Ready jam pour into sterilized jars, cover (or roll up), wrap a warm blanket about to leave for the day. To keep the jam from apples and cloudberries can be at room temperature.
