Cooking
Cut meat along the grain into long narrow thin pieces..
Prunes are exempted from the bones ...cut
Make a sauce...Mushrooms (usually I take sliced mushrooms konservirovannye in banks. Today took the white frozen..)to Fry with the onions and garlic,salted and pepper...When the mushrooms have roasted,add the tablespoon of flour,mix well and cover with water so that the mushrooms get well coated with the water....
Add the tomato paste...and sugar ..then add the prunes...and allow to boil until thick Sauce is ready..
Now for the meat. Heat the pan and dry the pan put the meat,salt, pepper,constantly moving his blade,literally 3-4 minutes until the liquid will evaporate...No need until Golden brown.!!!.as we used to.Don't dry.!!!..will be tough...thin plastics very quickly...cooked through and the meat remains juicy and soft
