Pancakes in Hungarian
For Hungarian dishes with lots of sauce are considered classics. The characteristic flavor of the national kitchen give the onion and capsicum. Offer to cook a classic savoury Hungarian pancakes (Hortobagyi palacsinta) with a delicious tomato-cream sauce and a meat filling.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Damn

    8 piece

  • Parsley

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    400 ml

  • Sour cream

    150 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

1. Finely chop the onion. Fry in sunflower oil until transparent.

2. Add the minced meat. The stuffing can be any, I have a mixture of pork, beef and chicken. To extinguish up to readiness of meat. Well to break all lumps.

3. Tomatoes peel (if using), finely chop. Finely chop the parsley. Add to the minced parsley, tomatoes (with juice), water, paprika, cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Saute a few minutes (3 to 5).

4. Add 50 ml cream, stir well. Warm up. To shift meat filling in a sieve or colander and drain off the sauce in a separate container.

5. Bake thin savoury pancakes according to any recipe.

6. 1 tablespoon meat filling spread on the pancake and wrap the bottom edge first, then cover the side and wrap rolls. Form for baking grease with oil and lay the pancakes. I did in portion forms, but it does not matter, you can take one big.

7. To the sauce add 100 ml of sour cream and flour. Stir thoroughly until smooth. If necessary, correct for salt.

8. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Pour the resulting sauce pancakes and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with the remaining in the form of a sauce.
