Meringue
The family of the American Ambassador moves into Canterville castle, where dwells a Ghost of the same name. Virginia, the daughter of the Ambassador, made friends with a Ghost and helped him to free himself from the curse. This tells the tale of Oscar Wilde, on the motives which invite to enjoy the airy meringue.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chocolate milk

    20 g

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Carefully separate the egg whites. Using a whisk or mixer to thoroughly beat the whites in a solid white foam. Continue to beat, gradually add sugar until cream becomes thick and smooth.

Fill the whites with a pastry bag with the hole or tip of not more than 1 cm in diameter.

The pan cover with a parchment on which to squeeze out of the pyramid.

In the oven for an hour, then turned off the oven and leave the ghosts for another 30 minutes. Make eyes of melted chocolate, using ordinary toothpicks (chocolate chop, splash of milk and melt in a water bath).
