Chicken soup with pumpkin dumplings
Really wanted the soup dumplings. Sat down and thought, why in the dough, the pumpkin does not add, it will be interesting. Chicken don't but there is a chicken neck, and of course seasonings. And the cooking was really wonderful orange slightly sweet gnocchi with pumpkin flavor.

Ingredients

Meanwhile, pull neck from the broth and set aside so they cool. If You love to chew on bones, do not remove them let them cook on along with all the other products. Grate pumpkin on a fine grater, knead the dough and combine with pumpkin. It turns out that's such a wonderful thing.

If you want smaller dumplings - take a teaspoon, larger dining room. The dough with a spoon and scoops up the broth. After that the chicken is cooled, separate the meat from the neck and loaded in the pan, there is then immediately browned vegetables and potatoes. If necessary, add salt. Download all seasonings, herbs, and switch off immediately. Cover with a lid and allow to infuse for 20-30 minutes.
