Soup
Two years ago friends went on vacation to Japan and brought a lot of experience and recipes that have been shared. Most of the recipes I remember the Udon noodles with mushrooms, probably due to the fact that the ingredients available and cook quickly and easily.

Ingredients

  • Udon

    150 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    10 g

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • A bouillon cube

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 l

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Soy sauce

    40 ml

  • Oyster mushrooms

    200 g

Peel the ginger and cut into flat slices. Just make a reservation on account of the ginger - I sometimes wish the soup was spicy and hot and then I add more ginger and sometimes I want all in moderation - then enough ginger 10 grams after roasting and I completely removed it from the pan. Chicken fillet wash and cut into strips, garlic finely chop. All this fry in hot oil. Mushrooms needs to let the juice, but the liquid is evaporated. You need to fry until the mushrooms are slightly brown. The smell in the kitchen will stand excellent!

Until all the ingredients stew - boil the Udon noodles according to the instructions on the pack. I usually throw in boiling, slightly salted water and cook 7-8 minutes

Now to our chicken and mushrooms you want to add bell pepper, cut into small cubes

And chili pepper. This pepper I also put either in the process of cooking, or at the very end, when everything is ready, so as not so dire it was.

Add soy sauce "Kikkoman". Mix everything together and simmer a couple of minutes. Always adjust according to your taste - salt, acid, sharpness... because the taste preferences are different.

Now it is the turn of chicken broth, I dice chicken stirred with water and poured into the pan. Now add lemon juice, boil for 5-6 minutes and remove from heat. Add Udon Noodles, sliced green onions and voila! Served to the table!
