Don't know about you, but I love soups. Great when it becomes obvious the meal, when you can play with texture and flow. And despite the monochrome of these soups, to call them boring dish is not. The soup that I want to propose today, it may seem odd — Apple? ginger? carrots? But trust me, the taste will not disappoint you.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the carrots and the Apple, cut in large pieces. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Leeks cut into rings (white and light green part).
