Eintopf is a thick German soup. This is a dish I first tasted in a restaurant in Berlin... 30 years ago. Then my husband served in Germany. For me, a "vegetable" lentils was then unknown, even heard for the first time, especially, tried. But as they say, it was "love at first spoon".
