Cooking
Leaf lettuce, arugula, salad of Romaine and radicchio wash and dry, then break up and stir. Do not put a lot radicchio, otherwise the salad will taste bitter.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. I usually take this salad to blue cheese. If you don't like it, then use, for example, brie or Camembert.
Pear cut into cubes and drizzle with 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
To mix the salad, add svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. If you don't have one, use ground black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, salt to taste. Try and bring the dressing to your desired taste - sweeter or sourer as you like. Pour the dressing into the salad and toss.
Put the salad on a plate, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve.
You can make a salad a little differently: put on a plate layer lettuce mixture, then add the chicken pieces, put the chopped Apple or pear, cheese (brie here and Dor blue), sprinkle the salad with the balsamic cream.
