Salmon with cottage cheese cream
Express recipe for the holiday table or just for a nice dinner. Minimal labor costs, and the result can not fail to please.

  • Salmon

    450 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.25 piece

  • Spices

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Yogurt

    125 g

Everything is so simple that there's almost nothing to describe. Squeeze out the lemon juice, olive oil, spices. RUB this mixture into the fish on both sides and laid in portions on the foil. I take two layers of foil, just in case. How should we close the foil the fish from all sides, put in oven heated to 200 deg. for about 20 minutes.

To prepare cream cheese finely chop the greens (as an option – grind in a blender). Cheese salt and mash with a fork, add the greens and a Cup of yogurt.
