I suggest You to make a very delicious jam, where in one small jar will be a lot of vitamin!!! Jam turns out very beautiful, rich, and most importantly the berries retain their flavor and vitamins!
Cooking
Berries which we need, sugar and of course sterilized jars. Berries wash, slightly dry, the currants and strawberries cut off the stems. To be smaller in jam small bones was crushed with a blender the berries separately, and then raspberries and blackberries is passed through a fine sieve. And only then mixed berries. Next add two bags of "selfica" or "confiture", mix well and put on fire. Bring to boil, then pour the sugar and then simmer on medium heat cook for 3-5 min.. Then another hot jam distributed in dry jars, tighten and put it to cool down under the coat.
