  • Sea Kale

  • Garlic

  • Coriander

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

Cooking

Dried seaweed, soak in cold water for 12 hours; during soaking, rinse the cabbage and change the water several times.

Sea cabbage to boil in water for about 10 minutes after boiling; drain the water; cabbage, season with spices, oil, vinegar, soy sauce and honey; add the chopped garlic.

Add sesame seeds and cranberries; stir and let stand in cool place for at least 2 hours before serving.
