Chicken rolls
One of the options of chicken rolls, which can be eaten both hot and cold.

I often make meatballs from chicken Breasts and the skin to collect. That made such rolls. Can be a cold instead of sausages, or as a hot. Chicken meat is coarsely cut and pickled in mayonnaise at least an hour at night.
