Description
Meat muffins - instead of the batter for cupcakes or muffins in the shape I put the stuffing. It tastes good, pretty. And also useful as it baked in the oven.
Ingredients

Minced meat
300 g

Chicken egg

Starch

Milk
0.5 cup

Cucumber
0.5 piece
Cooking
Take the stuffing, separately mix the egg, salt, starch and milk.
We mix it all together. Put in muffin tin and bake it in the oven (preheated to 200 g) for 20-25 minutes.
Meanwhile, we produce simple decoration of the cucumber, using a knife made to my husband.
Spread on a plate, decorate with and all you can eat!
