Baked meat with lemon juice
This recipe was invented by my husband - the master of cooking meat. But to marinate in lemon juice, I suggested :) Turned out WELL, VERY tasty!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1.5 kg

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Peel garlic and cut into pieces.

Make small incisions in the meat with a knife and lay there chesnochek.

Spice mix with salt...

And liberally sprinkle them meat.

Now press out the juice from the lemon and pour the meat.

Add the olive oil. And put in the fridge for an hour or more to the meat is marinated.

Get a toothpick and wrap the meat inside. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 2 hours. Bon appetit!
