Cooking
Chicken breast fillet cut lengthways, but not completely.
To deploy and recapture a good bag or food wrap.
Bacon cut into thin strips. But you can buy already chopped. Pickled cucumber and sweet pepper cut into thin strips.
On plastic wrap spread overlap a few strips of bacon.
Repulsed from above the breast, one or two depending on the size. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with spices.
On the edge to put cheese, then a few strips of cucumber and pepper.
Gently roll tightly into a roll.
Wrap in plastic wrap, carefully roll up the edges, so when baking, the juice remains inside the package.
In a pan pour vegetable oil, put the rolls and cover with water to 2 cm. Bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Don't worry about the tape it will not burst and will not be baked through the water. When the rolls are ready, carefully remove the tape and enjoy your meal!!!
