Cooking

step-0
Here I have meat set. Ribs I cut one at a time.
step-1
Sausage cut finely and put in the cauldron for roasting. Oil is not added, so that the sausages were roasted in its own fat.
step-2
And while fried sausages are vegetables.
step-3
Cut finely the celery
step-4
And pickles.
step-5
Add cucumbers to the celery.
step-6
Leek cut lengthways, washed
step-7
And finely shred.
step-8
Cut tomatoes into wedges and add to the onions.
step-9
Carrots cut finely,
step-10
Like the potatoes.
step-11
Put in a pot ribs, carrots and potatoes, pour water and put them on to cook. After boiling, leave on low heat.
step-12
Meanwhile, the sausage is already fried until Golden brown.
step-13
Add the cucumbers and celery. Continue to fry for about 15 minutes.
step-14
Then add the onions and tomatoes.
step-15
Himself while cutting the greens. I took the Basil and cilantro, but everyone has their own preferences. There crumbled and garlic. I add herbs at the very end, after turning off the stove.
step-16
As all the vegetables were prototiles, spread the contents of the cauldron into the pot.
step-17
After boiling, add the beans and the chilli pepper. Ensure that the pepper was no damage, otherwise all the heat will be in the soup!!!
step-18
Then add spices. I took 1 tsp of sumac and herb mixes for soups, and half tsp of dry ground ginger and ground mixture of coriander seeds and cumin (cumin)
step-19
Cook the soup for another half hour, then turn off the heat, add herbs and garlic, cover with a lid and give it brew for 20 minutes. When serving you can add finely chopped green onions and sour cream. Bon appetit!
