Cooking
The lentils that I used.
Now, rinse the lentils under running water and put to cook on slow fire for 10-15 minutes.
While the lentils cooked, I'll do the pumpkin. Peel onion and garlic, finely chop. Sent in a pan with vegetable oil.
Then put peeled and cut into small cubes pumpkin. Simmer it all for 10 minutes.
