Description

Hungarian goulash soup with beef
Used product – ketchup, Lecho "Mach."

Ingredients

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 l

  • Ketchup

    1 pack

Cut the beef cubes.

Peel the carrots, potatoes and onions. Cut the vegetables in cubes.

Boil 2 liters of water. Separately pour into the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil and preheat it. Sauté onions and carrots until Golden hue, add the ketchup, Lecho "Mach."

Then add the beef and stir.

Cover and simmer the beef over low heat for one hour. Then place it in a pot of boiling water.

20 minutes until cooked soup add the potatoes.

Serve the goulash with fresh garlic bread.
