There is nothing better than jar their own homemade jam. When it pleases the eye with its rich bright color, warm summer aroma and soft sweet taste of the berries.

Cooking
Rinse the gooseberries. Cut away all the stems. Fold in a bowl. Very well mash the berries.
Add cut into slices the banana.
Pour all the sugar. Stir and leave for a couple of hours.
Pour your mixture into a small saucepan. Add cinnamon and cloves.
Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for another 4 minutes. Then you can get cinnamon and cloves. Sterilize jars and lids — rinse them with boiling water. Even pour hot jam on banks and tightly close the caps.
Let cool and then store in the cabinets. Open jars store in the refrigerator.
