Marinated herring with herbs
We in the far East no one meal is complete without herring. So, seeing this recipe online I decided to make it and to share with you. Very aromatic, elegant and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Herring

    400 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Coriander

    0.25 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Allspice

    6 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp
