Description
These are the sandwiches you can make on the holiday table. Filling, as you know, can be any. I love cheese and garlic. Well, decorate with the red fish. Very nice will look on the table. The idea of the recipe thanks to Helen Grigorchuk.

Cooking
So, take olives, red fish, any, salted, baguette, cheese and mayonnaise.
Baguette cut into slices about 1cm thickness.
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Add to cheese mayonnaise. And garlic (optional).
Baguette toast them in the toaster.
Take the black olives and cut them rings. And cut in half.
Spread the bread with the cheese mixture and spread to edges of bread.
Now we need a finely sliced trout. Do with a toothpick from the album fish sail. That's the way.
