Cooking

step-0
The DOUGH in warm water or stirred with a whisk in 3-4 tbsp flour, add a pinch of sugar and yeast. Cover with a lid and wait until the appearance of the foam "cap"
step-1
Then add salt, sugar, egg, butter and the remaining flour and knead the dough
step-2
The dough is placed in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a lid and leave to rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
step-3
FILLING For the filling, boil in light salted water for 1 hour, the Liver is cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil until tender (about 15 minutes), pour into the liver soy sauce, add black pepper, mix well. The liver and lung mince. Fry in butter chopped onion
step-4
Peel the potatoes, boil until tender in salted water, drain the water. Potato mash with a potato masher into a puree (no liquid added). Add the potatoes to the fried onions and the chopped liver, mix well. Try on salt. If necessary - it needs more salt to taste
step-5
Well and further all as usual - put the dough on podpylenny flour table, cut it into small pieces. Roll out each piece into a flapjack, put the filling and stung in the form of pie
step-6
Pasties fry in a pan in vegetable oil on both sides over medium heat. Usually when I fry on the first side - cover the pan with a lid. But after turning - fry without a lid. In my opinion, so cakes are better baked.
