French custard doughnuts with honey frosting
Quick to prepare, mouth-watering doughnuts! As they say, French is not bad advise! And I suggest, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    135 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

So, it's very simple and fast! In a saucepan with a thick bottom pour a glass of water. Add the butter, salt, sugar, vanilla.

Give the mixture to boil. Remove from the heat.

Immediately add flour and quickly mix everything together until smooth.

Put the mixture in the bowl of a mixer on high speed beat in the eggs one by one.

We shift the dough in a pastry bag. From baking paper cut into squares approximately 5x5 cm Grease them with oil and squeezing on them circles of dough.

Heat vegetable oil to 180*C. Take each donut drop the paper down and the paper removed. Fry on each side 2-3 minutes. Spread on paper towels.

For the glaze, combine the milk, sugar and honey. Heated until complete dissolution of sugar.

Then put the donuts on a grid with the frosting and allow it to cool completely. Pour a glass of milk and enjoy mouth-watering pastries!
