Bread
Today I want to regale You, dear cooks, delicious bread. Recipe taken from the book "Bread, 350 new recipes", but I slightly altered to your taste. The bread turns out bright, Sunny, light, with a delicate creamy flavor and a nice "bitterness" at the expense of black pepper. If You are interested, get back to me.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

  • Seeds

  • Water

Beat eggs with a mixer in the foam and add enough water to make a 380 ml.

Put our products in a bucket of HP, according to the instructions.

Choose the mode "the dough", and press the "Start"button.

Upon completion of the program here we get the dough. NOTE: the dough will be slightly sticky, do not add more flour (!!!).

Lubricated small amount of vegetable oil and spread the dough in a greased bowl, break the dough and remove in a warm place (I turn on the oven and put a Cup on top gazplita). Leave the dough to rise for 50-60 min. Close the Cup with a film.

Again interrupting the dough and spread in a greased form (I have size 15 x 23 cm). Cover the form with foil and remove for the proofing in a warm place for about 30 minutes - 40.

Lubricates approached bread with sour cream and (optional) sprinkle of sunflower seeds. I have a mixture - sesame seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven 30 to 40 min. Guided by your oven! Take out the bread from the mold, wrap in towel and let cool.
