Fragrant, hearty and delicious dish which is prepared almost without your participation. Fifteen minutes in the preparation of food, and everything else will be done by the oven. The dish is universal: both the first and second one. It is very convenient, agree.

Cooking
Bovine flesh cut into medium pieces (about 3x3 cm) Fry in a dry, well-heated pan on high heat - a minute on each side.
All the vegetables should NOT be cut finely. In a suitable baking dish, spread the diced onion and carrots. Sweet pepper and coarsely chopped garlic.
Top evenly spread the meat. Meat - pre-cooked chickpeas (given the weight of already boiled chickpeas)
In a frying pan in which roasted meat, pour 300 ml of hot water, add salt, add spices. Use your favorite seasonings. The combination of the savory, sumac, paprika and coriander seem to me to be very successful. A pinch of each spice will suffice. Warm the sauce in the pan.
And pour into mold with vegetables and meat. The last layer place the tomatoes. Tightly cover the form with foil and place in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour - 1 hour 10 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven, carefully remove the foil (look out for hot steam!) You're done! Before serving you can sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs (cilantro would be perfect!)
