Kufta bozbash soup with meatballs
This dish of Azerbaijani cuisine, the main ingredients are meatballs and chickpeas.

In salted water boil pre-soaked chickpeas.

While the peas cooked, do zazharku. Cut 2 onions and fry. After onion is slightly fried, add half a tablespoon of tomato paste and the paste from pepper. There also add a little turmeric and simmer for a few minutes.

After roasting, accepted for the stuffing. In minced meat add onion, rice, salt, pepper, dried mint and dried Basil. All mix well.
