Cooking
In salted water boil pre-soaked chickpeas.
While the peas cooked, do zazharku. Cut 2 onions and fry. After onion is slightly fried, add half a tablespoon of tomato paste and the paste from pepper. There also add a little turmeric and simmer for a few minutes.
After roasting, accepted for the stuffing. In minced meat add onion, rice, salt, pepper, dried mint and dried Basil. All mix well.
Then, put minced meat balls, inside which are placed the plum.
After the peas is cooked, add to the pan the meatballs. When you get to the foam, remove it with a slotted spoon. Then add the browned vegetables and potatoes. Salt, pepper, add the saffron. Cook until cooked potatoes.
