Cooking
To connect in a deep bowl or saucepan butter, chopped lemon zest, the egg yolks, sugar, salt, semolina, sour cream, cheese. Add the ingredients gradually, all carefully beat with a blender.
Separately vzbit in thick pennu egg whites. Carefully add them to the total weight of the mix.
Half of the resulting mass lay out in the oiled form for roasting. From top to distribute the blueberries. Then spread the remaining cottage cheese and semolina mass and again blueberries.
Put the form with the prepared pudding in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 45-50 minutes.
