Description
I offer the recipe of soup with meat and pearl barley. The number of ingredients listed in a 3-quart saucepan. The soup is nicely spicy and very tasty. The more is added to the soup of brine and cucumbers, the hotter and spicier the soup will be.

Cooking
Pre-boil beef broth. Boiled meat cut into portions and sent back to the broth. I have chicken, so I just cut a La carte pieces.
Barley rinse and cover with cold water. Leave the barley for 2-3 hours to swell. Drain the water, put the barley in a separate pan and boil until soft on low fire.
Peel and cut into cubes the potatoes, add to soup, cook for another 15 minutes.
Cucumbers grate on a coarse grater or cut into strips, add to the pot.
Rinse and clean the onions and carrots. Cut onion finely. Carrots grate on medium grater. In vegetable oil fry the onion until Golden brown. Then add the carrots and fry.
Cut tomatoes into slices and simmer in the pan. In the boiling broth add the browned vegetables, cucumber pickle, Bay leaf, pepper. As needed salt and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
Serve the soup in bowls, sprinkle with chopped greens. Separately apply cream. To give a special taste to the pickle, you add the olives. And in onion and carrot zazharku, add a little tomato paste; instead of meat, you can take a beef kidney. Bon appetit!
