Pie
The cake is called Polytechnicum because all products take in the same amount - half a Cup. Usually I cook this cake with a meat filling, but since it was a lot of greenery and that it is not lost, made a cake with egg-rice stuffing.

Ingredients

Gradually stir in a bowl, lightly whisk and gradually add the flour. Immediately knead the dough. Knead for about 10 minutes. Put the dough in a warm pan, cover and leave for 2 hours.

Then divide it into two unequal parts (big - the bottom of the pie, smaller tire). Big roll out and put on a warm baking sheet, greased, and a smaller roll and put it under a towel. This is the first proofing. Put the stuffing.

The FILLING of EGG, RICE: boiled rice + boiled eggs + raw onions + fried onion + parsley, dill, green onion + salt, pepper, spices.

Cover with a lid, suscipit edge, to make a few cuts and put in a warm place for 15 minutes for the second proofing.

On top spread the beaten egg yolk with vegetable oil.
