Cooking
Prepare the products. Boil 3 eggs in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
To make a cake I use a delicious butter TM "Ekomilk".
In a deep Cup of sifted flour. Add curd, salt, sugar, baking powder and chopped butter cubes.
Mix ingredients and add 1 egg.
Put the dough in a plastic bag and remove for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Now let's prepare the filling. Shinkuem cabbage.
Place the cabbage in a bowl, add a pinch of salt. Grind with your hands for 1-2 minutes.
In hot dry (!) pan spread cabbage. Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon.
Then in a frying pan to the cabbage, add the butter.
Fry on low heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon.
Grate boiled eggs and put in bowl. Add fried cabbage, sliced green onions and egg white. Add salt to taste.
Mix well. The stuffing is ready.
In a Cup mix the yolk, water and vegetable oil.
Take out the dough from the refrigerator. Divide into 2 unequal parts - one more than the other. A large part of roll out into a rectangular formation. I see 22х30
Move the layer of dough on the baking tray lined with parchment. On the dough spread the filling in a rectangle, on reaching the edges of the dough 3-5 cm
