Dear cooks, today I want to treat you to a delicious cake with blueberries. It is a traditional and very favorite pie in the Czech Republic, don't know anyone who would not have loved him. All self-respecting grandmothers bake his grandsons, and those of the rest of his life, nostalgic for his grandmother's "coves with bruskami" (as it is called in Czech). To our grandchildren someday remember us with a kind word and, using some of the subtleties, we will create a real diamond among the similar pies. This cake is truly magnificent - it is divinely beautiful, delicious and, I hope, will be a frequent guest at your table. Invited to high tea!

Baking 25X35 cm big cake for the cake shape with a diameter of 26 cm rather than half portions. The cake used two types of blueberries - small forest in the filling and to decorate a large garden or "canadian", of course you can only use one type of blueberry. We have blueberries and measure out half-liter size, I forgot to weigh in grams. Blueberries wash, dry on towel (keep in mind that the berry is heavily dirty, the traces of juice then it is impossible to wash off). Then the berries are poured into a bowl, sprinkle one or two tablespoons of sugar and shake several times so that the sugar is spread over the berries.
In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder, add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well. Separately, whisk the thick yogurt and eggs.
All combine and thoroughly mix, preferably using a food processor. It turns out thick, viscous dough. The bottom of the form to lay baking paper, pour the batter, flatten the surface.
For the filling, separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt until thick foam, continuing to whisk, add the sugar and beat until taut peaks. Curd mix with yolks, carefully enter the protein mass of sweet. Taste for sugar, you might want to sweeten more.
In a separate bowl, prepare the topping - flour, sugar and butter with fingers to make a crumb, you think that oil a lot, but it should be so, baby it is quite oily, but then it will become nice crisp. Cottage cheese spread out on the surface of the dough.
The cheese pour the blueberries, and sprinkle the sweet sprinkles.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. The finished cake to leave in the form before full cooling. Then remove from the mold. Spread out on the surface of the fresh blueberries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Cut into individual pieces, this cake looks very elegant and refined. He will decorate any holiday table!
