Cottage cheese-plum cake
Sometimes you want to please your family a delicious and sugary, so much so that left some free time for yourself. Offer you the recipe of a cake with plums no-bake. Preparing it is fast and not difficult. Moderately sweet and very plum. The combination of plums and grape juice gives a rich color and flavor, and the presence of the cheese softens the taste of berries. And all this composition of flavours complemented by dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Corn flakes

    100 g

  • Gelatin

    2 Tbsp

  • Drain

    700 g

  • Sugar

    220 g

  • Juice

    250 ml

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

Dark chocolate melt in the microwave or in a water bath. And mix with corn flakes. Cornflakes I took not glazed.

The chocolate flakes you need to shift into a split mold with a diameter of 22 cm, pre-lined with baking paper. And build the need and the bottom and sides. The flakes flatten and place in the refrigerator to faster frozen chocolate.

In a small amount of warm grape juice dissolve the gelatin.

Plums, pitted, grape juice and sugar into a saucepan and cook, stirring, over low heat until plums are soft.

Plums cool slightly and preroute blender until smooth. Add gelatin and whisk again.

Whisk the cheese with cream in a blender.

And add 2/3 of the cooled plum mass. Again mix well with a blender.

Cottage cheese-plum mass spread on top of frozen flakes. Spoon and spread the remaining 1/3 of the plum mass arbitrarily.

With a fork gently make stains on the surface and put the cake in the fridge.
