Cooking
Preheat the oven to 180 gr. Shape size 16*26 cm vystelit baking paper. Melt 80 g chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave (30 seconds at MAX, then stir and repeat, if necessary).
In a blender or with a mixer, whisk 80 g of butter at room temperature with the sugar until pale in colour and creamy.
Add 1 egg, the melted chocolate and mix well with a spoon.
The top sift the flour with cocoa and again stir thoroughly.
The dough pour into prepared pan. It takes one phone it sticky, so for convenience, you can moisten your fingers in water. Place in oven for 15 minutes - 20, until firm to the touch.
For the coconut filling, combine coconut, condensed milk and 2 eggs.
Spread evenly over chocolate base and bake another 25 - 35 minutes until light Golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
For the chocolate layer over medium heat, melt 100 g of butter. Reduce heat and add 300 grams of chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Apply evenly on the chocolate coconut filling. Put in refrigerator for 20 minutes before you cut into 12 cakes.
