Casserole with minced meat and sauerkraut
A nice cold winter evening, with a shot of vodka and a fresh salad!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    650 g

  • Figure

    250 g

  • Cabbage

    900 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Boil the rice in salted water. I always rice then rinsed under running cold water to wash off all gluten. If, of course, is not on the side.

Cabbage slightly (!) wring out the excess brine and rasterbate with a fork. Bacon cut into cubes. Onion and garlic finely chop. In a Cup mix beef, cabbage, cooked rice, bacon, onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture into greased with vegetable oil form

and bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees.

If cabbage much brine do not wring, will be juicier.
