Spaghetti with chicken liver and vegetables
Delicious liver sauce for spaghetti.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    200 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Sauce

    6 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

My chicken liver and cut into pieces. Fry in a skillet until soft.

Cut mushrooms and add to the liver.

Zucchini should be cut into cubes and also throw in the pan.

And onions - half-rings.

Garlic press out to the rest of the ingredients.

Add finely split green. Sprinkle with salt and flavoured with spices.

And at the end of cooking when all the ingredients are edible, add tomato sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Boil spaghetti and serve with sauce and enjoy a delicious lunch. Bon appetit!
