Plum jam in a slow cooker
Don't know about you, but we're still in the season of the workpiece jam from plums! I think my recipe comes in handy. I like to trust the process preserves multislice, will not burn, will not run away, and cooked and signal call pour into jars!

Ingredients

  • Drain

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    1.2 kg

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

The downloadable sugar in a bowl multicookings, add water and set the mode (whatever) to cook the syrup.

Ten minutes is enough, the syrup is ready. I set the mode porridge, and after 10 minutes turned off.

Prepared plums (chopped into quarters) pour in the hot syrup and stir. close the lid and leave until cool. in the process of cooling a couple of times I opened and stirred.

Cool down it took me 4 hours, or maybe just been busy! stir again and set the mode pilaf. cook until signal, if you think that ready early - disconnect early. I had not disconnected, I like boiled dark jam.

do not interfere, the foam has not been removed. jars and lids sterilized and shut down hot. you can iron the cover key, and can be under screw cap.

Came out nearly 2 quarts of jam.

If the simple sugar, the jam will turn out watery, but it is perfectly suited for impregnation of cakes.
