Ingredients

Remove seeds, cut into small pieces.
Fold in the kastyulya, pour water, leave for a day, periodicity changing the water.
After that, drain the water, add sugar, 1/2 stack. water. Cook on a slow fire, after boiling 30 min. If you want you can blend the mixture (like I did). The bergamot is a lot of pectin, gelled quickly and well. For flavor I added a bit of dried peel of bergamot.
Spread prepared jam jars. Bon appetit!
