Hepatic pancakes
I love pancakes, can be seen, Belarusian roots make themselves know)) But even more I love the liver in different variations, so I decided to combine these two things. We loved it, try it and you.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Peel potatoes and grate on a fine grater.

Liver grind in a blender until smooth, add the onion.

Add the egg. Mix well with potatoes, add salt to taste and put one spoon of starch.

It is quite liquid mass, spread a tablespoon on the frying pan, heated with oil and fry under the lid with two sides over medium heat. Pancakes turn out very thin and fried quickly.
