"Knots" is one of the types of challah. Challah is a Jewish traditional holiday bread. Preparing of biscuit dough. Very loved in our family butter knots.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Water

    112 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Sugar

    28 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    26 g

  • Salt

    6 g

  • Sesame

Cooking

Dissolve yeast in water, add the sugar, then the flour with the salt, egg and butter. The batter should be smooth and strong. Leave the dough for proofing for 1.5 hours.

Divide all the dough into portions. I took 60 gr. Get down.
