This recipe 1980, the year I found in a Polish cookery book "Simple cakes" by that name. It is extremely simple and I liked the fact that everyone can do it with the one he loves. Perfect when guests are almost on the doorstep. The cake turns out very tender and just melts in your mouth! I assure You that one piece You don't stop!

Cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients. This black photo - fresh vanilla, I took this, not vanilla sugar.
In a food processor or just with a fork, rubs warm the margarine and sugar.
Proteins separated from the yolks. Yolks mix in a little milk and whisk with a fork until smooth.
To margarine with sugar and pour the yolks with the milk. Then parts add the dry ingredients and the resulting semi-liquid batter.
Protein whisk until the liquid peaks.
Mix the whites with the dough, gently stirring.
Form grease with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour back the dough and raspyleniem the top. I'm just a little sprinkled with fresh raspberries. But there can be everything that Your heart desires: banana, Apple, any berries, pear, pineapple, apricot, peach... the list can be very long!) Put on 30-35 minutes at 190 degrees until dry skewers.
Get our ruddy, handsome man, allow to cool a little. Can't touch this!
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drink tea! Pie perfect in both warm and cold!
