Today we digress (but briefly) from bread and pass small sized products in the starter. I present to you the original Russian patties on sour dough. Sour it's called, not because of the taste, but just because the starter. Pies are delicious, there are not buy no money! With a thin crust, bubbly crumb, and prepared simply. Come eat my pie!

Cooking
15 pies. FOR the DOUGH: 50 g sourdough mixed with water and 100 g flour. Leave to ferment for 3-4 hours at 30C.
Add the remaining flour, salt and oil and knead the dough. Fermentation 1 hour in a warm place.
To press down (several times folded the dough) and leave for 1 hour.
The dough is soft, fairly liquid, so forming the patties need to greased with vegetable oil table (the Board) or the palms (greased). Below when connecting the edges once glued.
In the hands of a little drove the patties like sausage, slightly pulling them to give a more smooth and beautiful shape.
On medium-high heat fry our patties in oil (1-2 cm) oil on two sides, and some with three or four, so they were evenly roasted.
Ready pasties put on paper napkins to remove excess oil.
