Cut the meat cubes and coat in the spices at the bottom of the pan pour a little oil and throw the meat, simmer it under a lid while preparing the vegetables :-) Beets, carrots and Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips, throws them in a saucepan with meat, add some water and Bay leaf, stew everything under a lid for an hour :-)
Peel potatoes, and cut to pieces :-) the Meat we have polushilos, topped up with water, wait until boil :-) fall Asleep there potatoes :-) Peel and cut onion, fry it in vegetable oil and in our borsch, as a potato is cooked you can eat! Bon appetit! :-)
